Andrew has consistently and successfully innovated in various niche sectors, founding start-ups, building new businesses, creating value, delivering results, increasing profits and successful exits. He has a keen interest in working with all businesses and investors, but particularly those interested in disruptive technologies and services in growth sectors. His particular expertise to date has been in fin-tech, business information, financial services, technology, sustainability and property.
Prior to starting his entrepreneurial career, he spent 17 years working in finance in sales, stockbroking, equity derivatives and advisory. He has a post-graduate academic background in Structural/Civil Engineering from the University of Bath and Imperial College, London.
After leaving the City in 2005, Andrew co-founded dcarbon8 Ltd, a London based sustainability consultancy practice focusing on the embodied Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions of products and materials used in the global construction industry. Ground-breaking analysis at dcarbon8 led to them being engaged by leading corporates such as Lend Lease, Skanska, Masdar City UAE, M&S, Sainsbury's and ProLogis. dcarbon8 worked globally with other professional service providers such as Norman Foster Architects, PWC, Deloitte, Bain, CH2M Hill and Parsons Brinkerhoff to add value to their offerings. Under Andrew's leadership, dcarbon8 was sold in 2010 to Deloitte UK.
Andrew then moved into the growing world of alternative investments, first consulting for an established specialist fund provider, helping them to launch Kuber Ventures, an EIS fund platform, and marketing a range of Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) to the financial advisory and wealth management sector.
Spotting an opportunity, he founded MICAP, a data-rich multifunction fin-tech platform for the wealth management industry on tax advantaged investments (EIS, Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) and Business Relief (BR) funds). MICAP, an FCA regulated subscription-based business, is a multi-award winning business and the UK's leading platform for advisors to research tax advantaged investment funds. Its clients include all the established fund managers in the sector and well over 1,000 professional advice firms, including financial advisory networks and private banks. MICAP was sold to Fintel Plc in July 2024 and now sits within Defaqto, one of FIntel's subsidiaries.
Andrew co-founded the Indagate Group in 2015 to effect a merger of MICAP, Intelligent Partnership and SIPP Investment Platform (trading as in-review).
Separately, Andrew is a Director and part owner of W9 Holdings, a property investment, development and management company with a small portfolio of prime London properties and a volunteer director of a residential property management company.

Robert qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1986 and has been working in finance for his entire career. In 1996, after ten years in industry, he established Bradbury Stell Accountants, a firm providing a wide range of accountancy services to SMEs, and was made a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2010. Recently he has launched Rise Audit, a separate audit practice, and Bradbury Stell Probate Services.
Throughout his career, Robert has advised small business owners on all aspects of finance and business management and has built a solid reputation as a trusted professional able to help entrepreneurs across all sectors to solve their business and finance issues. He regularly acts as a mentor to small businesses and is sought out for his clear and straightforward advice.
Robert has condensed much of his experience into practical advice books, under the titles "Up is Where We Go from Here: The Essential Survival Guide for the Small and Growing Business", "Where There's A Will, There's A Relative" and "Bring On The Audit: How To Ensure A Successful And Cost Effective Audit".

He has worked with a variety of organisations including many companies in the financial services industry.
For much of his career he was a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Financial Planner and worked with private clients at global institutions, boutique advisory firms and early stage businesses.
Dermot has held senior roles at UBS Wealth Management as well as several boutique advisory businesses where he has gained a firm understanding of Wealth Management and Retail Financial Services. He has significant experience operating at board level within a highly regulated environment and is well connected and respected within the Venture Capital sector. Dermot also works as the volunteer Treasurer and Chairman of the Big Tent Foundation, a charitable foundation dedicated to creating space for non-partisan conversations about big national policy issues and to giving a voice to places and people left-behind, particularly focussed on regeneration.
Dermot is a serial entrepreneur who was a Founder and Chief Executive of Kuber Ventures from September 2013 until December 2019. Under his leadership, Kuber raised almost £3m of capital from a variety of sources including business angels and venture capital funds, growing the business from just 2 employees in September 2013 to a substantial team and over £50m of assets under administration by 2020. His early career was as an Airline Pilot.

Niki has helped develop and launch three major companies including www.asite.com, a digital transformation platform with a global presence for the construction industry, launched the first GAP store in the UK, set up Lorin & Kristy Fine Art in Asia and launched Hamptons International in the Middle East.
Niki’s experience includes creating partnership programmes for brands including Rolex Watches, Rolls Royce & Bentley and Nautor's Swan Yachts and developed The Commodore's Cup, Rolex Swan World Cup and The Rolex Swan Atlantic Regatta to drive value for these brands.
With an enviable list of contacts, she has created and managed high-profile events including; HRH The Aga Khan's party at his home in collaboration with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, organised and managed Vaclav Havel's state visit to Portugal and the official reopening of HM Treasury, London with Gordon Brown and the entire cabinet.
Charity and philanthropy are of personal interest and include membership of HRH Prince Charles’s BITC Alumni, organising the annual Dalwhinnie Crook Charity Royal Polo Match for HRH The Duke of Cambridge and HRH Prince Harry's charities, and managing The Duke of Edinburgh's World Fellowship annual dinners at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
